GET was founded by ESL teachers returning from Korea. We created this organization to help qualified ESL teachers connect with professional, reputable schools in South Korea. At GET, our goal is not just to find you the best salary, but also to ensure a good working environment, and the support you need to make your overseas teaching experience as enjoyable and memorable as ours was.
All the staff at GET have several years experience teaching and living in Korea. Our office in Korea has fully biligual staff, who are also former teachers. We have been through all the positives and negatives of overseas teaching. Our aim is to help you get more of the former, and avoid the latter.

Our services are always free of charge to teachers. Fees are paid by the schools who employ our teachers. Our job is to find professional, qualified teachers in North America, and match them to schools and contracts that will give them the most benefit. Our business and our reputation depend on teacher satisfaction. Without satisfied teachers, we have no business, so our business is you.
